Our sticker products are carefully checked before shipping to ensure quality, design accuracy, and proper packaging. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at stickntagstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request a return or refund, please include your order number, clear photos of the product, packaging, and a short description of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Because stickers are small creative products and may be used immediately after opening, returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for used stickers, customer damage, incorrect address issues, or change-of-mind requests after the order has been processed.
